- Our goal is to safely return an athlete to the previous level of function while providing the athletes with tools necessary to prevent a condition from becoming a chronic problem.
- Athletes are often treated for the following conditions: ACL injury, chronic ankle sprains, hamstring tightness or strains, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis and other general muscular strains.
Traumatic Conditions After an incident of trauma such as motor vehicle accidents, falls or work related injuries, many individuals need some type of rehabilitative care to maximize function and prevent future complications.
- The goals for therapy following trauma include the decrease of swelling and inflammation of joints, decrease muscle spasm, and promote healing of soft tissue lesions.
- In addition, we strive to prevent scar tissue restrictions and restore functional mobility, strength and endurance.
